According to Dynamo Moscow's web site, in the history section:

The Dynamo club was formed mostly thanks to the enthusiasm of personnel at the Headquarters of the GPU forces, in particular Pavel Semenovich Uralets, Mikhail Ivanovich Lavrent'ev, Dmitry Konstantinovich Ivanov, Kiril Ivanovich Kuz'min, and Chief of the GPU Political Department Leonid Vladimirovich Nedolya-Goncharenkoo.

The GPU was the Gosudarstvennoye Politicheskoye Upravlenie. This was one of the precursors to the more well-known KGB.

I hope the Mexican Consulate isn't offended by that.
