Point for Nixon

1960 Sun: Nixon campaign counters opponents' hypocrisy claims
McGrath followed up in a telephone interview last week, saying California law does not require the verification of allegations on the stand, just that the whistle blower was fired for whistle blowing.
If true, that's a key point in Rep. Nixon's favor. For anyone to try and make hay out of this case they would need to verify her claims that she has genuine e-mails.

I'm not involved in this race. Friends are on both sides.
