I was eating a Night Hawk steak for lunch today. One of our employees goes to UT and didn't know that Night Hawk used to be a restaurant in Austin. I realized that the last Night Hawk closed down years ago.

Night Hawk frozen dinners were a staple in my house growing up, though I never went to the restaurants. Do they still have the huge dollop of butter on top of the steak...er, "steak?" I might have to go pick one of those up, just for nostalgia reasons. Awesome tots, too! So, what wine would you pair with this dinner? You are falling down on your new job as a wine blogger.
